The Peterborough Players have begun a summer car raffle to help raise operating funds for the award-winning, non-profit professional theatre located in Southern New Hampshire.

Consumers can now start buying Peterborough Players 2015 Super Summer Raffle tickets for a chance to win a brand new 2015 chili red MINI Cooper Convertible valued at over $28,000. Tickets cost $100 each. They can be bought at the theatre or online at PlayersTix.com.

Concerts on the Green- Every Sunday

Savings Bank of Walpole is pleased to announce the dates and bands scheduled to perform at the annual “Concerts on the Green” summer concert series held on the town green in Walpole, New Hampshire. 

The eight-concert series will kick off on Sunday, June 28 and conclude won August 16. All of the performances will take place on Sunday nights from 6:30-8:00 PM and will be held rain or shine.

NH Employment Security- Closed July 3rd

The New Hampshire Employment Security Office in Keene will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of the 4th of July Holiday. They will reopen on Monday, July 6th at regular hours (8am-4:30pm).

The 15th Annual “4 on the 4th” Run/Walk will take place this Saturday in downtown Keene. You can still register online until Friday, July 3rd at www.pathwaysforkeene.org or stop by Ted’s Shoe & Sport before 7pm on Friday.

The Walkers start on Saturday morning at 8am, Runners start at 8:30am. Over $5,000 in prizes will be given away and all proceeds will benefit Pathways for Keene.

Monadnock Region Branding Task Force

A group of representatives from the Monadnock Region have worked together over the past year as the Monadnock Region Branding Task Force to create a brand statement for the region.

The DRAFT of this project will be presented from Noon to 1pm on Friday, July 10th at the Hannah Grimes Center, 25 Roxbury Street (2nd floor) in Keene and is free for Greater Keene Chamber of Commerce members and $15 for not-yet members.
