The Keene Senior Center Spooktacular Halloween Potluck & Costume Party

Gremlins and goblins and witches on brooms, you are invited to party under the moon. It’s the Senior Center’s Spooktacular Party that’ll be such a fright. Dancing and eating, and music all afternoon. Come dressed in your best costume and join in for a potluck lunch.

Prizes will be awarded to the best male, female, and duo or group costumes.

Rocky Horror Halloween Event

Halloween screening party of cult classic is the longest running theatrical release in film history – Rocky Horror Picture Show

Prop bags will be provided for use during certain scenes in the film and include water pistols, toilet paper, party hats, noisemakers, rice, toast, etc. For details on how to use the items, visit http://www.rockyhorror.com/participation/proplist.php.

The film will begin at 11p preceded by a 9:30p party at Marzano’s Trattoria next door including festive eats and cash bar

Tickets are $15 per person and include pre-film party, prop bag and admission.

Proceeds benefit the Monadnock International Film Festival, gearing up for its 3rd annual event April 16-18, 2015.

In honor all veterans, their families and guests with a Veterans Appreciation Weekend.

Half price admission for all and a half price special for them on t-shirts, challenge coins and hats. We have invited all of our elected officials and challengers from all political parties to attend and appreciate with us our men and women who have served for us. We have invited veterans Charities and support groups to set up tables under our tent in the field. We have also invited vintage military vehicle groups to the field.

First Congregational Church of Swanzey’s Kid’s Club

Kid’s Club is a group sponsored by the church and open to all children from Mt. Caesar or Cutler School, grades K-6th meeting on the second Thursday of the month.

Outdoor recreation, stories, snacks and projects. The theme this year is “Who’s Your Hero?” Prizes for anyone who brings a friend!

School buses will be able to drop off children at the church, but you MUST write a note to school indicating that you give your permission.
