9th Annual Domino Toppling Extravaganza

The Brattleboro Museum & Art Center  presents its Ninth Annual Domino Toppling Extravaganza this Monday, February 15th, at 5 p.m.

Doors open at 4:30 p.m. for audience members to choose their vantage point and inspect the fanciful, colorful domino course before it all comes tumbling down.

Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis—free for kids 8 and under, $3 for BMAC members, $5 for everyone else.

Every audience member will have a chance to guess how many dominoes make up the course; whoever comes the closest will start the entire chain reaction.

First Congregational Church of Swanzey’s Kid’s Club will meet again on Thursday, February 18th, from 3:30-5:00 p.m at the church on Old Homestead Hwy in Swanzey.  

Kid’s Club is a group sponsored by the church and open to all children from Mt. Caesar or Cutler School, grades K-6th. Snacks, stories, crafts, and activities fill the time between school and pick-up. School buses will be able to drop off children at the church, but you MUST write a note to school indicating that you give your permission.

Concerned about your teen’s well being? Sleep deprivation contributes to obesity, depression and drug and alcohol use. Evidence shows an improvement in grades, decrease behavior issues and increased attendance when high school starts after 8am.

Come learn more at the Keene Public Library on Thursday, February 18 at 7 pm in the auditorium. We can make a huge difference with some minor change.
