The Troy Fall Festival is scheduled for October 10th on the Common, from 9 AM to 3 PM. Plans include a craft fair, music and food, and scarecrow stuffing. Materials for the scarecrows will be provided, for a small fee.
Crafters are wanted to participate in the outdoor fair. Troy’s July bicentennial fair drew 40 participants, and there was space for more.
