Kayla is a three year starter on the girl’s varsity Basketball team and co-captain of this year’s squad.She is generally the team leader in scoring, assists, and rebounds, and her presence in a game generally means a double or triple team.
Not only is Kayla a leader on the basketball team.She serves as her class president, a member of the Hinsdale PTSA, a member of Student Council and is involved in a volunteer capacity with the Hinsdale Park’s and Recreation program where she has been instrumental in teaching young girls the finer points of soccer, basketball and softball.
Kayla plans on pursuing her education in Sports Medicine where she might serve as a Sports trainer.
