Cassandra Schmitt

Cassandra Schmitt

Senior at Keene High School

Female Scholar Athlete / March 2009

Cassandra is a senior at Keene High School and currently a member of the KHS Drama Club as well as a student athlete.  Cassandra is an outstanding choice for this award as she is dedicated, committed, and fiercely loyal to her choices of activities.  She perseveres when many would give up or give out from the endless and tiring work.  Cassandra is not swayed by hard work, in fact, I believe that she thrives on it.  I believe that hard work is what has made Cassandra so successful in her accomplishments.  You will see as you read the following:

As you can read and see for yourself, Cassandra is a fabulous choice for this award.  Her list of accolades reads like a short story, and she is very involved in our school through her varied activities.  In addition, Cassandra is a student athlete and maintains scholar athlete achievements during both of her seasons.  Cassandra, along with Corey Hill, is very deserving of this honor and will represent Keene High School and her clubs, activities, and athletic teams in a proud and positive way.  Cassandra has applied to LSU and Texas State University to study Forensic Anthropology.
