MA police issue Amber Alert for boy inside stolen vehicle

KEENE, NH – Chicopee and Massachusetts State Police have issued an Amber Alert for boy who was inside a vehicle stolen from Chicopee Friday morning.

The vehicle was stolen from Exchange Street around 8:50 Friday morning. It’s described as a 2021 red Toyota Camry with MA plates 3SCX29.

The child was identified as Liam David Pagan, 3, who is autistic, and was wearing a green Easter shirt with a dinosaur and eggs.

In an update around 10:30 MSP said they located the vehicle outside of a Stop & Shop in Windsor Connecticut. The suspect and child were not in the car.

The suspect was identified as a white male, 50-60 years old, wearing black pants and black crocs.

Anyone who sees the vehicle or anything suspicious should contact local police.
