KEENE, N.H- Two women were arrested as the result of an ongoing investigation into the distribution of opioids in the area.
Police say Rhyan Will of Keene and Elizabeth Delisle of Westmoreland were seen leaving the state, and traveled to Lawrence Massachusetts only to return to Keene with what Police say was approximately seven grams of controlled drugs that were consistent with an opioid-type of controlled drug.
After being taken into custody Wednesday evening, Police say the 32 year-old Will was charged with possession of a controlled drug and was already wanted on an active warrant issued Tuesday charging her with conspiracy to sell a controlled drug. As for Delisle, Police say the 24 year-old was charged with conspiracy to distribute controlled drugs and abetting.
According to a press release the pair are scheduled to be arraigned Thursday afternoon in Cheshire County Superior Court.
