The internet’s new blue-or-white dress debate is… legs?

The Internet’s year-and-a-half long quest to find the new blue-or-white dress keeps marching on.  Here’s the latest photo that people are baffled over. It shows a pair of legs, and they look VERY shiny.  But is it because they’re covered in baby oil . . . or because an artist painted some strategic white splotches on them to make it LOOK like light is reflecting off of them?
