  • A 24-year-old guy in Houston made a promise to his grandparents in second grade that he was going to pay off their mortgage when he grew up.  And he kept the promise, by saving up $15,000 from his jobs during college. See their reaction here!

Hollywood Trash –

  • Patty Duke passed away yesterday at the age of 69, from a ruptured intestine.  She won an Oscar for playing Helen Keller in “The Miracle Worker”, and played identical cousins on “The Patty Duke Show” in the ’60s.  Patty was also the mother of Sean Astin from “The Goonies” and “Lord of the Rings”. Stupid News –

  • A guy in Florida got into a drunk argument with his wife on Monday and drove off.  He didn’t realize she’d climbed onto the roof of his car . . . and he drove six miles with her hanging on.  A cop finally pulled him over and he was arrested for reckless driving. Read about it here!

And our WTF Moment from this morning is –

  • A British guy was on a flight in Egypt that got HIJACKED yesterday by a man with a bomb strapped around his waist.  And the British guy took a SELFIE with the hijacker.  It turned out the guy’s bomb was fake and he was arrested. Don’t believe it? Look!!
