United overbooked a flight out of Chicago yesterday, and needed four people to volunteer to get off, to make room for one of their flight crews.  But no one volunteered.  So then they randomly CHOSE four people, whether they wanted to take another flight or not.  And when one guy refused to give up his seat, United had the police DRAG him off the plane . . .
